About Zoe Salehi BSc Hons (Occupational Therapist)
Welcome to All Ways Occupational Therapy I have been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for over 13 years and I've been lucky enough to work with many amazing people from a variety of backgrounds supporting them and their families to achieve their goals. My experience spans across areas of health and disability within Australia and the UK.
I have experience in areas of cognitive rehabilitation, equipment prescription, case management, complex discharge planning and home visits. I feel very privileged to be an OT and work with so many people supporting their goals and engagement in everyday functions.
Having graduated from York St Johns University in England in 2008 I commenced working as an Occupational Therapist initially rotating between community and hospital settings in a variety of areas. Having developed an interest in neurological rehabilitation I secured a senior role in neurological services. Gaining experience in areas of altered consciousness, cognitive rehabilitation, complex equipment provision, splinting and physical rehabilitation I further extended my knowledge and carer by moving into a clinical lead role for a large hospital trust. Following this I undertook a role in the private sector supporting individuals with complex and profound disabilities within a special education school and adult residential services. Since arriving in Western Australia I have worked in the roles of Case Manager and Occupational Therapist in the private sector and as a specialist support coordinator and Occupational Therapist within the NDIS sector.
I am registered with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and Occupational Therapy Australia. I look forward to supporting you in all the ways I can.
